The Opportunity: We're seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team during an exciting growth phase. This role combines your pharmacy expertise with technology to help pharmacies nationwide modernize their controlled substances management processes. You'll be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge solutions that directly impact pharmacy compliance and safety.

Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee successful customer onboarding, and ensuring smooth transition experiences to our platform
- Deliver engaging training sessions that empower pharmacy staff to maximize platform benefits
- Facilitate system integrations and inventory transfers with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide expert-level support for platform utilization and compliance questions
- Partner with the C2 Keep development team to translate customer needs into platform improvements
- Champion best practices in controlled substances management and compliance
Ideal Background:
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- Strong technology aptitude with ability to master new systems quickly
- Located in or willing to relocate to Northern Kentucky area
- Excellence in customer relationship management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities across all levels
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
