We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to help us grow our national footprint and bring our solution to the agencies and brands who need it most. What You’ll Do As an Account Executive, you will own a national territory and be responsible for driving new business within key verticals such as home services, higher education, automotive, finance, healthcare, home furnishings, and more. Your day-to-day will include: -
Hunting new business with at least 2+ years of proven experience generating your own pipeline. -
Prospecting and outreach via email, phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, in-person meetings, and conferences. -
Leading intro calls and consultative discovery to understand client challenges and align them with El Toro’s targeting platform. -
Selling into agencies and direct brands—from first conversation through onboarding and first campaign launch, and ongoing long-term relationship management (in partnership with the designated Account Manager) -
Leverage our MatchBack analysis and campaign insights to help clients optimize audiences, improve results, and grow into long-term partners. -
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to craft smart, out-of-the-box solutions for unique advertiser needs. -
Building strong, lasting relationships with clients at every level, both remotely and in-person. -
Thinking creatively, critically, and entrepreneurially in a role where your ideas actually get implemented. What We’re Looking For -
2+ years of new business development experience (hunting, not farming). -
Experience selling into a national or regional territory. -
Preferred: digital advertising, media, martech, adtech, or agency-side sales experience. -
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients. -
Curiosity, grit, coachability, and a self-starter mindset. -
