Role description

As a Bookkeeper/Admin at EQL Games, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth financial and administrative operations of our company. You will be responsible for assisting with billing, tracking project costs, organizing contracts, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also provide administrative support to various departments within the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
• Track project costs and expenses
• Organize and maintain financial records
• Manage and Create Presentations
• Provide administrative support as needed

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must pass background check and be eligible to work in the US
