Our brand licensing department offers Team USA/Olympics, U.S. Soccer and Harlem Globetrotters content for all products, including scratch tickets. More well-known brands will be added throughout 2025.
Role description
- As the Account Manager you will work closely with internal teams to monitor game performance, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure we meet our customers' evolving needs by developing an understanding of our products and the game portfolio.
- The Account Manager will onboard new customers, manage mature opportunities, and propose game releases to meet the needs of each jurisdiction and plan out a roadmap 12 months in advance.
- Work with internal sources and third party studios, to prepare the game details and proposed prize structures, then working with the customer to obtain approved prize structures and localization requirements.
- Work with our Delivery Team, Project Manager and QA department to ensure that games reach the customer in good time for UAT and Production releases.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact.
- Regularly meet with customers virtually and occasionally in person.
- Plan roadmaps and work with our delivery process.
- Stay up to date with iLottery content trends and the competitive landscape.
What we are looking for
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good decision making and problem solving skills
- Capable of utilizing internal systems, such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, and other tools along with analysing data to make decisions and recommendations.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Previous experience working with customers in a Lottery environment (iLottery preferable)
- Building collaborative relationships
- Must pass background check and be eligible to work in the US
- Ability to work in the Louisville, KY office on a regular basis

- Salary range $60,000 - 75,000 USD
