Qualifications — Required Skills & Experience: At least 7 yrs experience providing financial leadership for startups (CFO, financial manager, etc.); Experience in startup fundraising, having either worked with a startup that has raised VC capital or been a founder that has raised capital; Experience with interacting & reporting to a Board of Directors; Expert financial analysis, modeling & reporting experience; Advanced experience with Excel / Google Sheets & Powerpoint / Google Slides; Strong communicator who can explain complex financial concepts in easy to understand ways.
