Job Description — Your Purpose: Champion brand values with a focus on financial model assessment, building, and strategic consultation with a caring, friendly tone. Provide white-glove setup of new customers’ financial models in the Forecastr platform to ensure operational models, unforgettable experiences, and maximum value extraction from product & services — setting trajectory and tone for ongoing customer success and activation. Your Responsibilities: Love customers and build real relationships; guide new customers through white-glove onboarding and ensure accurate, operational models; build models in the Forecastr platform or translate existing models; progress customers through onboarding efficiently; train customers on using the platform as needed; engage via live chat, email, and Zoom to answer questions and provide expertise; work with the Director of Customer Onboarding on initiatives to improve customer experience and service; maintain internal systems (HubSpot, Asana); wear multiple hats and contribute across sales, product testing, operations, content, etc.
