You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining our healthcare SaaS platform, working across our entire technology stack to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that directly impact patient care and healthcare operations.Development & Engineering• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Angular, Java and Node• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that meet healthcare workflow requirements• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Framework preferred) and Node in AWS Lambda• Design and optimize MySQL database schemas, queries, and stored procedures• Design and implement serverless microservices using AWS PAAS services• Implement secure data handling practices in compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH)Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps• Deploy and manage applications on AWS infrastructure with IAC tools such as Terraform / Terragrunt• Build / maintain CI/CD pipelines• Monitor application performance and implement optimization strategies• Participate in system architecture decisions and scalability planningQuality & Collaboration• Write comprehensive unit tests and participate in code reviews• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an agile environment• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing• Mentor junior developers and participate in technical decision-makingQualificationsRequired:• 4+ years of full-stack web development experience• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.• Strong communication skills and suitable work from home environment.• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.• Experience with agile development methodologies.• Technical Skills Frontend: 3+ years of experience with Angular (preferably Angular 17+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design Backend: 4+ years of experience with Java development, preferably with Spring Boot/Spring Framework Microservice Architecture: Experience with AWS Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, ApiGateway, Cognito, DynamoDb and S3 Database: Strong experience with MySQL, including query optimization and database design. DynamoDb experience Cloud: 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation, etc.) Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows API Development: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs Event Driven Systems: Experience publishing and consuming messages in a distributed architecture.• Healthcare Industry Knowledge Understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR preferred) Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOX) Experience with healthcare workflows and clinical data management is a plusPreferred:• Expertise in O&P, Complex Rehab Technology and Durable Medical Equipment.• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer Associate)• Experience with additional AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS)• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)• Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine, Cypress)• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK stack)• Previous experience in healthcare technology or regulated industries• Experience with other frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js)• Knowledge of message queuing systems (SQS, RabbitMQ)• Manufacturing experience especially with purchasing and inventory management, is desirable.• Experience with Nymbl Systems.Nymbl is an equal opportunity employer.
