Remote eligible for all other areas of the USAJob Type: Full-time As an Implementation Specialist at Nymbl (CRT & O&P platform), you will ensure successful customer onboarding and training. Key areas:Customer Implementation & Project Ownership• Manage 10+ concurrent customer implementations and serve as primary POC• Guide transitions from legacy systems; align operations with Nymbl best practices Workflow Design & Optimization• Translate business processes into optimized Nymbl workflows; advise on efficient configuration Data Migration & System Accuracy• Support/execute data migrations, validate data, and troubleshoot discrepancies Training, Enablement & LMS Contributions• Deliver role-based training; create and maintain training materials and LMS (Nymbl Academy) content Product Expertise & Advisory; Cross‑Functional Collaboration• Act as SME; provide best practices; partner with PMs, Product, Engineering, and CS; feed insights back to product Qualifications (Required): Bachelor’s degree; strong project management; customer-facing software implementation/training experience; excellent communication; ability to translate requirements; willingness to travel as needed. Preferred: Expertise in CRT (or O&P/DME) and experience with Nymbl Systems.
