Create and leverage UX deliverables (wireframes, journey maps, usability guides, personas) and iterate ideas into refined products aligned with brand and vision.Primary responsibilities include:- Own end-to-end UX strategy for one or more product areas or an entire product line- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Marketing on roadmap and priorities- Define/evolve design systems, processes, guidelines, and quality standards- Facilitate cross-functional workshops, design sprints, and critiques- Champion user-centered design across the organization- Oversee user research planning/synthesis; translate insights into actionable designs- Measure and report on UX KPIs (NPS, task success, usability metrics, adoption)- Stay ahead of trends (AI-driven design, accessibility, inclusive design, AR/VR as relevant)Qualifications:- 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience- Proven track record shipping consumer or enterprise products at scale (portfolio required)- Deep expertise in interaction design, IA, and research methods (qual + quant)- Deep understanding of iterative product design (personas, journey mapping, wireframing/prototyping, testing, high-fidelity visuals)- Strong experience with modern design tools (Figma, FigJam, Miro, etc.)- Excellent communication and storytelling; comfortable presenting to executives- Experience collaborating with product managers using modern discovery techniquesPerks & Benefits: Flexible PTO; remote/hybrid opportunities; paid parental leave; medical, dental, vision; 401(k) with up to 3% match; monthly internet and cell phone stipend; EAP.
