Lead discovery and feasibility with customers; scope requirements; write tickets that turn ambiguous asks into buildable dev work. Act as the primary contact with customers on integration process, scope, timelines, and tradeoffs. No production coding required, but strong technical fluency is needed.What you'll do:- Run discovery/feasibility calls directly with customers on integration and implementation requests- Scope requirements and write clear, buildable tickets for dev- Own customer conversations on integration process (scope, timelines, tradeoffs)- Support sales on integration feasibility during deal cycles- Own day-to-day queue of integration and implementation questions, balancing against dev capacity- Partner with implementation on handoff and delivery- Communicate integration status, risk, and tradeoffs to product leadershipQualifications:- 5+ years in product management, implementation, or solutions consulting, ideally with partner/API integrations- Comfortable being the primary customer contact on integration scope/process- Strong requirements-writing skills- Technical fluency to evaluate feasibility and push back on unrealistic asks- Healthcare or regulated-industry software background a plusPreferred:- Familiarity with reading basic API specs (REST, webhooks)- Prior experience with EHR, scheduling, or messaging integrationsPerks & Benefits: Flexible PTO; remote/hybrid opportunities; paid parental leave; medical, dental, vision; 401(k) with up to 3% match; monthly internet and cell phone stipend; EAP.
