Position Title: Jr. Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Jr. Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, startup environment. The ideal candidate will excel in event management, digital marketing, sales material creation, and public relations while thriving in a rapidly evolving workplace. Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Management:

a. Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end logistics for corporate events, trade shows, product launches, and webinars.

b. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

c. Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event analysis to optimize future events.

2. Digital Marketing:

a. Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media marketing.

b. Manage website content and analytics, ensuring alignment with branding and engagement goals.

c. Oversee performance metrics, monitor trends, and adapt campaigns for optimal ROI.

3. Sales Materials Development:

a. Collaborate with the sales team to create high-impact sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and product sheets.

b. Ensure all sales materials are aligned with the company’s branding and messaging.

c. Maintain and update a repository of sales tools to support ongoing business development efforts.

4. Public Relations:

a. Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

b. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.

c. Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and company announcements.

d. Monitor media coverage and manage responses to inquiries or crises.

5. Brand Development:

a. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels and materials.

b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral that aligns with the company's vision.

c. Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility in the market.

6. Data-Driven Insights:

a. Track marketing performance and KPIs, delivering actionable insights to improve strategy and execution.

b. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software to measure success.

7. Team Collaboration and Leadership:

a. Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

b. Manage marketing interns or external agencies as required, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

8. Adaptability in a Startup Environment:

a. Embrace flexibility, adapt to shifting priorities, and demonstrate problem-solving skills in a fast-paced startup culture.

b. Take ownership of multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring successful execution.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, including event management, digital marketing, sales collateral creation, and PR.

· Proven ability to plan and execute successful events and campaigns that drive engagement and results.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot, etc.).

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

· Experience with budget management and optimizing marketing spend.

· Thrives under pressure, demonstrating creativity and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Compensation

· $60,000 - $70,000
