We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of marketing and operations—someone who can transform campaign ideas into flawless execution for Fortune 500 brands. This role requires a marketing-minded strategist who is comfortable juggling multiple fast-paced initiatives, collaborating across teams, and ensuring every project meets its timeline, budget, and brand expectations.

The perfect candidate possesses a demonstrated ability to successfully execute intricate projects on schedule and within defined parameters, all while adeptly managing competing priorities. Your outstanding communication abilities and team-oriented mindset will enable you to handle stakeholder relationships with assurance and skill. This position is located in our Lexington, Kentucky office.

The ideal person

  • Lead the execution of multi-channel projects —bringing brand activations, sweepstakes, social gifting, and real-time engagement experiences to life.
  • Manage large-scale, high-profile projects ($1M+ budgets) from kickoff to delivery, ensuring all moving parts stay aligned.
  • Be the primary client contact—building relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Experience teams to deliver campaigns at the highest level.
  • Develop and manage project plans in Asana (or similar tools), tracking deliverables, dependencies, and potential risks.
  • Pivot quickly when campaigns shift—you anticipate roadblocks and adapt without missing a beat.
  • Ensure compliance with sweepstakes regulations and other promotional guidelines as needed.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule is required, as evening and weekend campaign launches are common.

You bring

  • You have 7+ years of project management experience—ideally in marketing, operations, or brand activations.
  • Strong software technology understanding, no code writing required.
  • You have exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—and can confidently lead client conversations.
  • You’re a natural problem solver who can think creatively and strategically under pressure.
  • You know your way around project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar).
  • Bonus points
    • PMP certification or formal project management training.
    • B2B experience, particularly working with enterprise brands.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce
    • Experience managing sweepstakes, social gifting, or on-demand brand activations.
